How to works order status?

wcOne provides an order status change option to know the order’s current status. All managers can change the order status from their manager page depending on the order activities and customers also can see the order’s current status from my account -> order page.

Manager Status To Customer Status Behaviors:

Question: I accept the order by clicking on send to packaging button but the order doesn’t appear in the packaging processing sections.

Answer: Until the Packaging Manager accepts the order for packaging the order status “Packaging Processing” will not update on the Branch Manager’s end.
